Taking the plunge and buying a thermomix, any advice.

My first mixer was a Kenwood Chefette(sp?)
It served me well for many years, but gradually it wore out. I bought a larger mixer, but haven't used it nearly so much.. It's taking up cupboard space. I do use a small hand mixer and stick blender.
My neighbour, who is a superb cook, has a Thermomix, and she has brought along many and varied things to try. Her Pain de Mie.was brilliant, and her thoughtfulness buoyed me up lots.

I have got a demonstration tomorrow morning.

There is a new model coming out so they are reducing the TM6 and adding a load of extras.

I am very excited!

My Thermomix arrived yesterday, 24 hours from ordering!

As were in the middle of moving I had to wait to unpack it until my to do list was all done.

My husband who is not a cook made a beautiful cauliflower and cheese soup, I then made some butter and steamed the vegetables for dinner.

Tonight is a chicken and pasta dish that I think my husband is going to make, it’s basically painting by numbers, anyone can do it!
