Is it me, or is it a bit irritating when OPs post, asking a question, never to return again, not even to answer questions or clarify things? grin

Not sure why you're saying sorry Indigo8, I didnt mean a thank to each and every poster. Just maybe a blanket, thank you all, 2 or 3 pages later. 😊

Just a response would be nice!!

I don't even do that so that's me told.

Bit confused here, are you referring to regular posters who make a statement or ask a question, then don't return to their posting?
Or posters who sign up make a statement or ask a question, then don't never come back?

Good grief - so it is like Facebook where you thank all the people responding to your posts? I never knew that. I will have to cut back posts, too hard, too time consuming . I wish they had a ‘like’ button ,that would be a lot easier.

I haven't been a member for very long but I remember one of my first posts got a very sarcastic reply at the beginning.
I still came back and thanked the other kind posters , though it did almost stop me from posting . A few nasty people can spoil things for all the kind people if you don't ignore them.
If I know I can't get back to reply I put T.I.A now.

The latter as a general rule, us “regulars” almost always respond grin

I think there's a misunderstanding going on here, maybe because I left a word or two off my post. You don't thank every poster responding to your post, but you do pop back to comment if you want to show appreciation to those who gave you sound advice. That's how I see it anyway.
I too wish there were a like button.
