Should have said seperate orders !

We're having trouble too with a big pit of stain for the fence.

It's why I don't do on-line shopping.

Amazon for some reason are sending my order with Evri so I'm expecting problems. Deliveries I've had before have been late or delivered to an address further down the road twice.
Amazon are usually good and DPD.

I don't have any problems with them.
None at all.

Maybe you have lazy/stressed out/ill delivery people?

Our local Evri people are usually OK, pretty reliable and friendly.

Having said that, I was informed recently that my parcel would be arriving between 7 and 9pm. It wasn't - and by 9pm it was pitch black outside anyway. "Here we go," I thought, but was prepared to give them the next day to sort it out. The parcel was delivered (not by the usual person) about 9am next day. I felt that was reasonable.

I bought a very expensive item from John Lewis. Home delivery as they don't keep them in stock. We paid a considerable sum for next day delivery. Evri to deliver. Waited in all day only to get an email to say they tried to deliver but we were out!!
As it was a Saturday they had returned it to the depot and would try again on Monday. Absolutely furious. Monday came and we arranged for them to deliver to an Evri drop point. Guess what? They said they couldnt find it so back to depot. Many phone calls to JL later we finally received it a week later.

Our Evri delivery driver is excelelnt.

However, I got a message last week, saying a parcel was so badly damaged, it could not be delivered. It was a sweater from QVC!

Evri were supposed to deliver today but now say tomorrow by 8pm. It's the usual story with them.

I haven't had any problems either..

I'm wondering if rural locations are difficult for Evri although no other delivery service here has problems.

No, no problems with Evri, touch wood.

The Amazon delivery person is usually at least half way back up the drive by the time I get to the front door. The parcel is left on the doorstep. The Evri driver doesn’t hang around by any means but does wait to hand me a parcel and has a cheery few words to say.

No problem at all with Evri I use them for sending out ebay stuff and it always gets there within 2 days
Had no problem with deliveries either

I was due a delivery from Evri between 2 and 4.30pm Sunday, I received and email just after 4pm informing me that the driver had had difficulties and my parcel would arrive the next working day.

It was delivered first thing Monday morning.

Our Evri delivery driver is excellent and I now also send all parcels by Evri as they are much more reliable than Royal Mail

Sounds like a problem with M&S rather than Evri if they are saying it will be later than expected.

I have never had a problem with Evri, they successfully deliver millions of parcels a day but you only hear about those that do not get delivered.

The same here.
The lady I have has been delivering for quite a few years. She's wonderful.
Always have emails to say they have my package from so and so. They let me know when they have it and when it will be delivered and when it's on it's way. Top marks from me.

This has been my experience with Evri too we have a lovely delivery guy he is very polite and friendly.

My Evri driver is excellent. My daughter, who lives at the end of a long drive, cannot get her’s to deliver to the house. He leaves them by the gate, rain or shine and send her a photograph.

Evri here is good but when it is DPD I know not to expect it on the day they tell me as they always say by 8pm and I know that won’t happen it will always be the next day.

I arrived home to my West Berkshire home one afternoon to find a parcel on the doorstep addressed to a lady in Brighton!

Evri used to be Hermes!
