Good morning everyone from sunny Lancashire.

Yesterday MrB and I enjoyed a trip to Lytham and a walk along the promenade. Quite a few wading birds including oyster catchers and egrets, which are becoming more common around here. We had sensibly worn hats and light clothing to cover our arms and legs but saw many people who were rapidly taking on the appearance of lobsters! I think they may be regretting their fashion choices this morning. A local walk today, probably somewhere shady. We were up late last night.

Hope you feel better soon Susan flowers.

Have a lovely day Baubles and Baggs.

Thinking of our poorly Grans and families, as always.

Have the best day you can everyone 🌹

Good morning from Sunnyside sandhills northwest coast.
I’m enjoying this weather as it’s not too hot up here on the coast and 1 am out in the garden most of the time.
There is a 40s day nearby and I’ll go along, parking will probably be tricky.
Long FaceTime with my sister yesterday in London and she is not enjoying this weather.
Thoughts to Susan and all🌺
Watercolour pencils.

Good morning and I’m late to the party.
Got up early, walked the dog, went shopping , and back for breakfast. Good to get everything done early in this hot weather.🥵.

I haven’t read your doings but will do while I have an iced latte ! Oooo!

Not much doing for the rest of the day, so will try to keep cool and taking it easy.

Take care all

I have just caught u with the rest of todays posts and novellas. My heart is often in my mouth when I read yours*MD*

What a beautiful picture Hollysteers, that hair is wonderful

So I have done my work for the day and had my shower and am now contemplating getting a swing seat under an arbour, well it`s a pipe dream at the moment but the thought has been well and truly planted. I have to blame one of you, someone mentioned swing seat

Of course the one I would like does cost a lot but only the price of a holiday. I can justify everything and forget about the endless days of rain and cold winds. I need my sensible hat on

Guilty karmalady - I use my swing seat all year long. It's a metal one, though I'd have chosen wood if I'd had the space. I'm in a small flat and my patio is like another room for me. I bought a three-seater so that I can lie on it.
