I think you are of the opinion that I was being unkind. I wasn’t! The OP has been very unhappy and I simply thought that being on here with people getting the wrong end of the stick(!) was not helping her. You are obviously one of the people she referred to who aren’t listening!

I don't comment very much but I read and I am sorry to see you go. There is a person behind every comment and that matters. Most threads I read seem to have turned into a bit of a ding dong fight before I get the chance to comment and there is no point by then.
