Naga Munchetty is getting a bad press here! I think she’s OK.

I think everyone likes David Attenborough.

No Grandma70s!! Not everybody. I cannot stand David Attenborough!!
He gives me the creeps. 🤔

I too wasn’t a fan of Naga Munchetty until I became aware of the work, public speaking she’s done for speaking up for women with endometriosis.
As you would imagine she’s doesn’t pull her punches on her opinion of Drs treating ( or not 🤬) women with this very painful condition.

When she took over from the previous link person on Must Watch I thought my favourite podcast was going to be ruined. However, as I adore Hayley Campbell and Scott Bryan and found that they genuinely like her and get on well with her it totally changed my opinion of her. She’s quite self effacing on the podcast, too, which is something I always warm to in people.

petra- I only realised after I had pressed post. Obviously I can't type on my phone and watch television at the same time. 🤣

I thought I was the only one who disliked David Attenborough. I don't even know why either he seems pretty inoffensive.

Love/hate
Clarkson, l hate that l like him in Clarkson's Farm after loathing him in everything else, although I'm never sure how much is for the benefit of the cameras.
Stephen Fry, loathed him for years but can still find him amusing to watch.
Love Bob Mortimer on tv, loathe him as a writer.
That bloke on Grand Designs he's so far up his own stainless steel drainpipe he's almost amusing.

I agree with so many of the dislikes here! I take a dislike to those who are over-exposed and seem to appear on literally everything as if there is no other choice of presenter or game show host to use - Claudia Winkleman, the Walshes, Stephen Mulhen, Davina McCall etc etc

As for voices - I cannot stand the over exaggerated voice of the woman (presumably Scandinavian?) who does the Viking Cruises advert! 😂

I try not to comment as I don’t know the people and tbh don’t watch television very much so I don’t recognise most of them anyway.
But. My mum and dad have totally illogical hate for Mary Berry and Charlie Dimmock; they both bring shouts of “it’s that woman” 🙄

I can't stand Alan Titchmarsh, Denise Welch, Wynn Evans, Amanda Holden, Carol Vorderman and Charlene White. I really like Jodie Whittaker, Chris Packham, Ruth Goodman and Rob Rinder. Most people on telly irritate me one way or another though.

Oh and that horrible weather man on ITV. Alex something or other. He really grinds my gears.

Davina McCall instantly comes to mind, others would come to mind eventually.
I just cannot look at her, never mind listen. Stems from her menopausal rant about how she could not cope with her daily tasks. Was actually speaking with a nurse in a hosputal at the time (not a patient) her radio piece came on. The nurse, like myself, after hearing an example of her day, all the tasks, to-ing and fro-ing Davina expected to be able to do without feelibg tired I thought I must have been so lazy wouldn't have taken on half of them and the nurse said there are only 24 hours in a day but if you want to make buckets of money, well, you may have to work 20 of them.

I can’t bear David Attenborough! His voice outs my teeth on edge.

My best friend and I feel the same, for years we have had an imaginary boat all those so called celebs we like to dislike we put on our boat and they sail away into the sunset, unfortunately as we have aged the boat now is a huge cruise liner, whenever someone irritating appears on tv or radio one of us remarks he/she would be on my boat.

The one person that sets my teeth on edge every time she opens her mouth is Emma Willis her voice is akin to polystyrene rubbing off a wall
