Good Morning Everyone,
A dark but dry start here in Brackley this morning.
After Breakfast and some TV , I will get a earlier bus to Bicester this morning , maybe go to a bakery cafe and have a coffee with a snack .
Do a shop ,maybe see people I know.
Easy afternoon ,and relax
health OK,

I think it’s to do with words being read, rather than heard - I can imagine a friend saying “I go shopping every day” and me saying, jokingly, “Goodness, what do you buy every day?”, in a friendly, interested way (i.e. no criticism intended). As others have said, it’s usually for the human interaction / getting out of the house.

I shop at least once a day. I live alone so walk to the shops and only buy what I can carry in my rucksack or basket.

Then I see something in the middle of Lidl or remember the refillery doesn't open until 10am so go back later.
I live off the High St so it isn't far.

We need a shopping thread.
I am intrigued by people who know what they are going to need for a week or more and make a big expedition out of shopping. Those who have deliveries even more so.
