Been in four large stores in my area without success.
Any help most wellcome.

They sell TCP on eBay for nearly 60 pounds a bottle !!!
This is in answer to a poster wishing to buy TCP

My father used to call it, Terribly Corrosive Product.
Didn’t stop him gargling with though.

I too have used it all my life -my Gran swore by it (along with Alker Selzer) and I have used it to gargle with for a sore throat and dab on cuts etc. I don't mind the smell. Boots has a similar one but don't think it's as good as TCP. I also think they've stopped Germolene ointment - not cream - the ointment "drew" out splinters/badness etc if you put it on a plaster. In Yorkshire we called splinters "spells". I've got TCP from Boots and chemists but not tried recently.

Try Tea tree Thursday Plantation Antiseptic cream 100ml.. It isn 't cheap but it 100% works and reduces irritated skin or spots every time. Av price seems to be £13 now but as it works it is great stuff. We keep shopping around for it.

I agree it's brilliant for sore throats ,but hard to find.
It's gone out of fashion.

I’ve never bought any antiseptic or disinfectant in my long life, including raising four healthy children. I’m sure our natural immunity from infections was helped by living with numerous pets.
