Good Morning Everyone,
A dark start but dry with a full moon this morning in Brackley .
Up to my usual routine this morning after breakfast , getting the bus to Bicester to do a shop and chat to those I know .
I will also watch cycling later on TV .
My Health OK , I have ceased taking the Lopermide capsules,and hoping to do things naturally .

Good morning from sunny Worcestershire. The sky is blue with barely a cloud to be seen. A lovely drive to Evesham today to sort out flooring for our kitchen which is having a much needed makeover.
Once back it's out into the garden to tidy things up ready for the veg planting.

Dear Roses,
Could you ring the Macmillan Nurses team and ask their advice?
Or talk to your GP and ask what help is available.
There must be help out there. Someone to talk to about this.
Or contact Pals at the hospital .
This is really not good enough.
