It's that time of year again - and the launch of our Best reads for Christmas. Over £500 of fantastic books, fiction and non-fiction, great gift ideas for family and friends (and yourself - goes without saying)

Aaaaand - one very lucky person can win all the books featured on the page. To enter simply tell us what's on your Christmas wish list (it can be absolutely anything)

We will be picking a winner at random on 14 December - more details on the page

Last Christmas my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a hard year of treatment she has just been giving the all clear. So this year I wish all a very happy and healthy christmas and no matter how bad things appear try and remain positive

To go somewhere remote to get away from all the bickering!

Just to say we are hereby closing the comp and the draw will be made shortly. Watch this space!

Grannyknot

I wonder whether GNHQ read all these posts, or do they just pull a name out of a hat? Please reply if you do.

On my wish list is that you split or share a prize like this large bundle of books and have three Christmas winners grin.

Just to say yes, we do read all the posts (partly to make sure they are eligible for the draw - partly because it's lovely to read all of them.) The winner is drawn at random though

Spread the love.

Thank you Gransnet. What a lovely surprise. Books are a real love of mine but I'm sure my family will love the prize too. They will be well read.

I would be in heaven with all of these books ! For CHristmas I would love a huge bookcase that covers one wall ! How that would fit under the tree, I do not know smile
