I love to travel because I want to see and experience different people and cultures, I love exploring I am not one for just lying by the pool.

I love to mingle with different cultures,try different cuisine, and visit old churches and monuments.

Do you know, that's a very good question. Idle curiosity in my case and because it's a rewarding thing to see new places, meet new people, get a flavour of different cultures etc.

I travel for the adventure, to see new and different places and cultures and because I'm a keen photographer and want to take my own images of famous and not so famous places!

The reason I travel is to see things I wouldn't ever see in my home country.

I travel because I enjoy it. I would love to travel more and see some of the places that I've longed to see for years. I particularly love to see places of beauty. Last trip was to the
Austrian Alps - wow!

I travel to keep active and expand my knowledge of different cultures and cuisine.
BUT, I mainly travel to see my daughter and baby grandson in Oslo, Norway along with my brother and nieces in France

I travel because it's wonderful. New places, new people, how else can we really learn about the world?

We travel to make the most of our time. We have had such hectic lives and now is the time for us to see a little more of the world whilst we still can!

I think I just want to see as much of the world as I can before I shuffle off. I have just been to Greece for the first time and enjoyed it enormously. It was a reminder that travel does indeed broaden the mind !

I travel because I just love exploring different places and countries, I find it fascinating.

I travel to see my daughter and grandchildren and frequently take them on outings. We don't go far and wide, but we do have lots of fun.

I travel to have new sparkle in my soul, new colour in my eyes, new friendship in my heart and new land beneath my feet.

I travel to get away from it all, to relax, to experience new cultures make new friends and try to learn new languages as well as trying new foods. I also like to go with my best friend and husband of 40 years to try and live life to the max! Can't wait for our next adventure.

l travel because . . . . now that l am retired l have the opportunity to see the places l otherwise would only have heard about, it's like adding meat to the bones

To getaway and spend time with the family experiencing something new.

I am a traveloholic, every time a cross one destination off my bucket list I add two more on the bottom

I don't travel often, as it's too expensive, but when I do it's to spend time with family & friends.

I love to travel with my husband and our caravan, it is our time, home from home, parked in a field sometimes solitary, always relaxing. I am free to tour knowing that my familiar home is waiting. A holiday for me is to view different areas, walk, cycle, bird-watch, visit museums, mix with like-minded people and rest. It is the only way to retreat from the constant work at home - even though home is where the heart is and I am proud of all the work we have done.

Myself and my husband like to visit other countries because we like to experience new places and because we’re looking for somewhere to live and settle down
