I've started sewing again recently after many years - it's a fun new hobby. I wouldn't say it's massively relaxing, but just browsing sewing forums and pinterest boards in the evening, looking for inspiration - especially with a nice glass of wine - is really relaxing!

I go for a walk in the countryside with our Jack Russell. Or if it's rainy I read a good book.

To unwind I usually fill the bird feeders up or deadhead the dahlias in the garden. A glass of chilled Bailey`s works too. This pamper hamper looks bliss.

Sarab28 Fri 21-Sept-18 14:55:26

I light a scented candle, close my eyes and imagine myself at a wonderful spa, while listening to some relaxing zen music.

I find sitting in my garden the most relaxing thing ever. The sound of birds singing/twittering, watching the tree branches swaying in the breeze, the patterns that the sun makes as it filters through said branches. The lazy movements of the fish in the pond. This is my personal paradise and I would not want to be anywhere else.
