Going on a seaside holiday to Seahouses with my grown up children and the dogs. It’s very nostalgic remembering the times I went here with my parents many many moons ago, and when we took the kids when they were younger. A tradition I adore - splodging in the sea, rockpooling, picnics on the beach, a boat ride, crabbing, walks with the dogs, plenty of fresh sea air and of course fresh fish and chips! A yearly sand castle competition between the family and a warm welcome from the locals who remember us. The days are long but filled with activities I could only dream of at home - all topped off with an evening tipple in the pub. I feel 21 again although no candy rock with my dentures - but plenty of shortbread instead! smile

Seeing young people today wearing the fashions I wore as a teenager.

Listening to the music of the 60s takes me back to my teenage years and evokes many happy memories. Always feel young after listening to the music of my youth ?

Talking to old friends about some of the mischief we used to get up to when we were younger. We had so much fun and it's great to revisit that now and again but I couldn't do half the stuff we did then now, but it's good fun laughing about it

I still like the things I did when I was young including new music and fashion, I don’t feel any different really so I don’t feel old. Maybe I’m perceived as old though because I usually do some things the old school way e.g. listening to the radio rather than Spotify, or watching a TV rather than streaming but it doesn’t make me feel old.
When I’m with young people and I just feel how naive/immature/silly they sometimes are but again it doesn’t make me feel old
