We have already visited so many places through the stories I have already read to them. I would take them everywhere and to different worlds through the stories that I have yet to read to them.

I would take my grandchildren to the Red Sea in Egypt. Once they had completed their diving lessons we would then spend our time taking in the wonders of the beautiful ocean and learning how to preserve it

I would take them to Iceland to bath in the Blue Lagoon, to go whale watching, to climb a volcano and to see the Northern Lights. An amazing, magical place for all ages.

I would take them to Swanage, where I spent safe, relaxing holidays as a child.

I would take them to Botswana; my daughter was born there, but she was just one when we left so has no memory of it. My grandchildren have seen the videos of the country and its animals which we filmed then and would be thrilled to go there and I'd love to go back with them

I would take them all skiing and walking in the mountains - probably in Italy.

I would take them to a place that I visited about 15 yrs ago called Puzzling World in Wanaka, New Zealand. My pair are puzzling mad and this place has a 3D maze, illusion rooms and various other puzzle rooms. Such a unique place and like an escape from screens, mobiles, and social media!

I would take my grandchild to our beautiful beaches to paddle in the sea and then go rock-pooling.

Sri Lanka, my husband took me there for my 65th birthday and I would love them to see it's beauty and meet the friendliest people ever.

I would take them back in time to meet their great-grandparents, who came over from Ireland to Lancashire. They would learn a lot about different lives in a different setting, and we could all travel across the Irish Sea to experience our heritage.

I would take my oldest g'son to Japan. He is 'into' anime, manga and other aspects of Japanese culture, and I've always been fascinated by the contrasts in the Japanese way of life.

I would love to take my grandsons for a lovely snowy, Christmas experience in Lapland! Always wanted to go there myself too! I am just a big kid at heart!!
