M0nica, If it wasn't for the oddity of the Electoral College system in the US, they would have had Hillary instead of Trump and how very different things would be at this time of crisis.

Thank God the USA is where it is geographically and nobody can stumble on to our precious land. I find it frightening listening to him so I will now stop.

The citizens of the USA voted him in. Let them reap what they sowed. Sadly, it was many of the poor and disadvantaged who voted for him.

It appears he is focused on the economy and will adhere to the 15 days to reduce the upward curve- After which point he will open the country back up- Its day 8-

That's very worrying rosecarmel. let's hope he watched the UK PM announcement today. He'd do well to look at other countries, their measures - and the consequences!

The President is on the verge of needing adult diapers- (to put it kindly) He's so frightened of financial loss and recession that he's willing to sacrifice lives and his vice president is right behind him backing every word he says-

His new motto is: "WE CANNOT LET THE CURE BE WORSE THAN THE PROBLEM ITSELF"

The "problem" is death- Not poverty- The cure involves everyone having less while engaged in preserving life-

It appears he actually thought that after 15 days of self isolation it would all return to normal-
