Congratulations!! Whoever you are???

Clever, (complicated), techniques! Thanks.

I was entirely wrong in my assumption! ??. Just shows doesn’t it?

I think the reason the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine has to be kept so cold is because mRNA is damaged at higher temperatures - nothing to do with contamination. Maybe your DD knows about that too Whitewave.

The AZ/Oxford vaccine uses different technology and doesn't need to be kept so cold.

I've got an appointment for next Wednesday??I am really happy about it, I've had lots of vaccinations before because of my past Military medical service, some have produced some minor side effects but I would rather have the side effects than the illnesses they prevent!! We are very lucky to have this opportunity, the citizens of some other less well off countries are going to have to just live with the virus for a long time and suffer the mortality and the long term health effects that can arise,an added burden to some who already suffer very difficult living circumstances.

Seems your odds-on favourite in this race cathysmum‼️

Maybe WWM2, but I'm still working on the idea for alcohol flavoured yoghurt.
You can take a cut when I get it patented!
(I find Science baffling.)

Oh yum! Chocolate and rum. Brandy and raspberry. Cointreau and clementine, apples and calvados.

Just some ideas?

I'm in Newcastle, I didn't know they had started. Hurry up with the over yes. I can't wait

etheltbags1 Thu 10-Dec-20 20:28:23

I meant the over sixty fives.

Callistemon Thu 10-Dec-20 20:32:08

It shouldn't be rocket science, Ellianne
We already have rum and raisin icecream although I doubt if it's ever seen a tot of Pusser's best!

One of my aunts used to make gin sorbet.

Looking at one side of the coin, it's all that will be seen. 'Good-bye Germ Theory' by Dr William P. Trebing makes some interesting reading for anyone wanting a look at the flip side. If you are not interested, that's cool. I like to go for a balance when forming my opinions and I can see that plenty of people find that too uncomfortable to entertain. Again, I have nothing to defend so will not subject myself to attack. Peace to you all.

That’s good to hear

A friend of mine, also a GN, is going this am for her first vaccination. She was 80 this year. Her husband, hospitalised, had his a couple of days ago.

It appears she is the first GN. I will inform her when she returns.

JenniferEccles Fri 11-Dec-20 09:53:04

Is it just the covid vaccines you object to Mimi22 or vaccinations in general?

Callistemon Fri 11-Dec-20 10:14:24

Dr William P. Trebing He's a chiropractor so you'd rather listen to his thr0eories rather than established scientific research by experienced reputable and highly qualified scientists, immunologists and virologists?
confused

I wonder if any of the elderly Royals have been vaccinated.

Tell her to come on so we can all congratulate and celebrate with her?????

Elegran Fri 11-Dec-20 10:37:53

Dr Trebing a chiropractor, not dealing with infections, but also he claims to have a miracle cure for low back pain which medics and doctors don't want us know because it will stop them making a fortune out of us by prescribing drugs and surgery which they know will just make it worse.

I don't think I am interested in the anti-germ theory of someone whose main marketing point is to rubbish all other medics. Or any other theories of his.

Parsley3 I daresay we will hear all about it when the royals are vaccinated, but if they do it too soon there will be an outcry about privilege. Maybe they have had the jab but are waiting a while before announcing it?

Charleygirl5 Fri 11-Dec-20 14:07:03

Whitewave I have emailed her because I doubt if she realises she is now a celebrity. I am not sure of the timing- she may well still be travelling.

I don’t think there’s be an outcry given they are both in their nineties ! I did read that the plan was to vaccinate them and for them to let it be known in order to try to persuade the thousands of people currently not wanting the jab, ( of whom I despair)

Parsley3 Fri 11-Dec-20 14:10:39

elegran You could be right.

Charleygirl5 Fri 11-Dec-20 15:20:25

My friend has just emailed saying she does not mind if I mention her name as she is having a rest having had a busy day. It is Bellanonna. I doubt if she has beaten royalty but they are a lot older than she is.

Marydoll Fri 11-Dec-20 15:29:03

Oh Charleygirl, such a lovely lady. I'm so pleased to hear that! I wondered if it was her.
