Testing kits

Ordered them for home delivery. Royal Mail let me know by text and e-mail they would be arriving today. They also told me they had arrived except they haven’t. Will try to order again tomorrow and see what happens then.

After reading this I decided to try our local high street chemists. Bingo in the very first one. Pack of seven tests now in cupboard.

They're all the nasal ones just now. I ordered mine on the gov.uk website. All FOC

Free in Scotland. Dont know about elsewhere.

where can you get the nasal only tests?
are they free. have checked out gov.uk and googled but apart from purchasing them , very expensive can't find out

I ordered online on Saturday and again yesterday as the site said I could order every day. Just had a text and an email to say that both are arriving this morning. No complaints here.

Our pharmacy didn’t have any on Saturday.
Tried ordering on line Saturday and yesterday, no slots.
Managed to order today, first thing. Say 3 days for delivery.

It does get easier case of just getting on with it
Be very aware though I don't know if it's just the Omicron that is doing this but my grandson was negative in the morning and positive by tea time so even testing is no guarantee

Both, Espee. The latest NHS Scotland ones are nasal only!

I have been receiving them the next day from the NHS. The other day, my pharmacist alsp handed me a box with my medication.

Due to my CEV status, I have been testing at least twice a week, sometimes more, so have needed a fair amount of tests. I have various supply chains in place.

I report my results, positive and negative, on two sites, the Govt site and Zoe App, in order to help the research. You eventually become quite slick at it, so it's not any bother.

I have managed to order some more this morning (I have to test every time I visit my dd..but have managed to catch a rotten cold anyway argh)

instructions on how to do the tests can be found on you tube.....

People like me have been forgotten about or totally ignored. They do not do the instructions in large print.

My son needs to test twice a week in order to attend his day centre. I didn't know you could order each day usually. I wasn't aware there is a shortage ?
