Can anyone identify this?

I bought this poster 25 years ago from a poster shop in the South of France. It has a signature which looks like "Loy" or "Lloyd". It is fading and I would love to get another but have no idea where to find one. No sign of it online. Can anyone help?

Google image says it’s from an artwork by Steve des Landes. Suggesting a modern take on probably the last supper.

This painting is a work by the British artist John Reilly (1928–2010), titled "Christ with a Chalice".. Google lens tells me it's

Google also says it's 'This image is a painting titled Untitled by artist Ernest Ullmann, created in 1956'. (copied and pasted) from Google Lens.

It's by the artist Christian Loys.
