Good morning! Frost on the grass and sun screen lotion back in the cupboard. hmm

Glass is off on her travels but I'm sure she'll have all the satellites lined up so that she can still keep an eye on us!

Easter soon.....the year's whizzing by isn't it? Let's all make a big effort during the week, then we can ease off a little over the Bank Holiday. smile

Good luck everyone!

fancyface I don't understand why I do it either, although I do know that I comfort eat when things are not going well. About five years ago I lost over 50 lbs, then my son and his wife split up and that was it - back to overeating and all the weight went back on. Looking back, of course, I can't believe that I let myself be stupid enough to do it after being so successful.

Good luck with the diary!

Well done gillie 3 1/2 lbs off fantastic. smile

fancy writing things down certainly make us aware of those little nibble that we forget throughout the day, until we read back over our entries then we are shock.

I think Im quite lucky, I can be really disciplined with food, especially when there is a special occasion around the corner. Im only small anyway,so usually fluctuate by 1/2 a stone. Have lost a fair bit for my holiday, reached my goal and now a pound under. But I sympathise with those who battle with their weight. My friend has lost 11 stone over the last 5 years, and Im so proud of her. cupcake
