I was not able to post weight on Wednesday as was doing some emergency GC sitting. I lost a pound this week and I don't really know why, but I'll take it! Ihave had a few cupcakes and slices of Birthday cake.No celebrations this week so will hopefully carry on downwardssmile

Plenty of room for you all! We have come back to the same hotel for the first time ever because they spoiled us rotten last year. It is ideal for anyone who wants to 'fly and flop' whilst being well fed with entertainment if you want it but plenty of places to go if you don't. It is very clean and they even have hand sanitisers at the entrance to the restaurant! Internet a bit slow but who cares, I'm on holiday!

So far they have brought a plate of goodies and 2 baskets of fruit to our room which this year they have upgraded to a suite and we have a bathroom each. Mine has a jacuzzi! When we leave outrroom we see the word 'Enjoy' written in stones just in front of us. What more could we want?

Anyone who wants details just PM me as I really recommend it.

i hear you are getting an Indian summer next week.

OK both of you, I'm waiting for you, sunloungers ready and our lovely young man will bring you a drink as soon as you arrive. Just eaten the beef wellington so no dieting allowed!

NO! Crimson don't turn left, keep going and parachute out at Marsa Alam airport then get a taxi for 20 minutes and you will be here at the back end of nowhere! Just tell them you are a friend of mine and hopefully they will spoil you as much as they are spoiling us!

Am very happy with maintaining my present weight , so , as I have said before , I am not going to be much help to you on a cumulative basis , but it is heaven not yoyoing up and down . MFP is really my favoutite discovery in a long time.

Jeni Glass and sba Well done all of you, the other, well hard going but keep trying you will get there.

Sorry crimson I have only gone onto GN from my holiday in the sun to tell you that on the first day here I weighed myself and found out just what a lot I had put on before coming away but I had been inundated with visitors. I have now lost that and am back where I was 2 weeks ago but I make no promises as the food here is so good and so very tempting! I have fruit and yogurt for breakfast, skip lunch and DH brings me some fruit then in the evening we have cocktails before dinner, wine with dinner and then brandy afterwards and that is without the lovely dinners! After 4 weeks of this I could be a lost cause!

Crimson do come here it is lovely and hot!

13.7 today. But fasted all day yesterday as vomiting. Still feel a little queasy today so am sticking to water today!

Will weigh in on Thursday, as I will be at my daughter's house tomorrow. Had a celebratory weekend with cake, for birthdays of DH and DGD , not sure there will be a spectacular weight loss this week.blushW

sba I am so sorry I thought I had replied to your fantastic loss, but I must not have posted it, see it was just hiding and waiting to surprise you. I think I have lost my marbles hmm good start for the pot wink

notso You can do it, just think what you have done already and if you still want to go on focus on the end result, not far to go smile

I've stayed the same this week, that's about 4 or 5 weeks running now. I'm not really doing anything very wrong.....but I know I'm not doing enough of the things that are very right! I start each week with fresh resolve though smile

I can eat it by the pound! It's getting time off work that's the main problem. Every Wednesday [my day off] I plan to go to a gym, but something crops up each time.
