I've been away from home since last Friday, and not back until this weekend, so I wont be posting a loss or gain for this week.
Which is probably just as well, as I've had 3 wonderful days in Edinburgh eating at some lovely restaurants. We felt it would be rude not to fully sample and appreciate the local cuisine smile
Good luck to everyone for this week!

jeni Tue 30-Oct-12 18:15:56

Have any of you who use my fitness pal on iPhone realised they now have a barcode reder on it?

Movedalot Tue 30-Oct-12 17:15:59

Sorry everyone I have put on a pound. It is just so tempting with all this lovely food shouting 'eat me' all the time! I have been to the gym but not as much as I should and I have been swimming every day but I'm not very good at it so it probably isn't helping at all. Think I will probably be hopeless until I get home.

Well done those who have lost or maintained, good for you.

GrannyK Tue 30-Oct-12 14:30:20

Had such a badly stressed week last week that I didn't dare weigh myself and I didn't log on at all . ( Stress = biscuits/ chocolate etc etc obviously )

This week has been much calmer and am back on track ( ie maintaining target weight and not yoyoing )

On a positive note , I realised that I haven't had two days like that for months. Hurrah !
On another positive note , I actually entered it all into mfp . Made me feel better about it somehow and acted as damage limitation getting me back to sanity really quite quickly !

Bez Tue 30-Oct-12 12:33:48

I weighed this morning and am glad to report one and a half pounds down - was very pleased as I was still wearing dressing gown when I stepped on scales instead of being in the altogether !

crimson Mon 29-Oct-12 23:09:24

I turned 60 last January. I've always been pear shaped, but had a waist. I know I've put weight on over the past few months but it's all round my waist now. Is this an age thing? It always used to go on my thighs; well, a lot of it has but this waist thing is really upsetting me.

glassortwo Mon 29-Oct-12 21:19:37

jeni its great to maintain especially when you lost such a lot when you were ill, sometimes it can come and bite you on the bum and produce a gain, I would like to bet ordinarily you would have lost this week. smile

jeni Mon 29-Oct-12 21:16:28

Same!

glassortwo Mon 29-Oct-12 20:59:09

sba I will have to check up on numbers but we have had a few away on holidays. The Challenge total is looking good. wink

Well done maintaining sba especially when having training days its so difficult to try to calculate when the catering is done elsewhere.
