The kitchen plan was very neat. It was good to see it on the screen. Mr soop and I had a "staff meeting" this morning [on the sofa, with a mug of coffee]. We've decide to select a cooker with hob rather than splitting the appliances. Makes more sense when space is at a premium

soop - I hope you pass the test tomorrow, which I have no doubt you will. Make sure you know what day it is and the name of the Prime Minister! I am sure we shall all be thinking of you. Let us know the format of the test, so that we can be prepared for the future.

Hello! I'm grinning from ear to ear. Lovely young man, Michael - CPN Dementia Specialist, has been testing me for one and a half hours and has just left. I'm here to share the results with my cyber friends. Apparently, you lot are very good for me!

The result of the first test was 100% Gold star! The second was 99%. He feels that surgery and anaesthetics may have resulted in a mild bleed in the brain. I'm to have "bloods done" to check out this theory. He'll be returning in four months to do a follow up test. As you can imagine, I'm feeling extremely relieved.

I want to say a huge thank you for listening to my prattle and for helping me to remain positive. You are special.
