Sadly, after being pretty much the same weight for the last 20 years, all it took was my favourite doctor saying "Why don't you lose some weight" Since Christmas I have lost a stone by going to the gym twice a week and eating sensibly rather than "dieting" As long as I can carry on without feeling deprived I should be able to lose at least another stone - although clothes may become an issue at that point.
