Train of Thought that helped me loose weight

Sadly, after being pretty much the same weight for the last 20 years, all it took was my favourite doctor saying "Why don't you lose some weight" Since Christmas I have lost a stone by going to the gym twice a week and eating sensibly rather than "dieting" As long as I can carry on without feeling deprived I should be able to lose at least another stone - although clothes may become an issue at that point.

Have not done 4 months yet M just at the begining but thinking this way has motivated me and given me the reasoning I needed to get going, I thought it might help other Gransnetter x

Dont stop eating just change what you eat

It took years to put the weight on and its going to take only around four months to take it off

Your clothes fit better

The mirror is saying better things to you now you are becoming lighter
