5am run on Saturday morning

I would love to come but it's a long way from Norfolk.
I only get up at that time to go on holiday.
And anyway my doctor says I mustn't run (not that I can now) as my knees are too bad.

Frank, I think your club should make a new rule that if nobody else turns up you don't get paid.

HUNTERF, you are in luck for your 5a.m. run.... sunrise approx. 4.56am at a park near you, I prefer a walk on the beach.
