yes every good wish for your efforts. I am a recurrent SW attender. I go for a few months then go out on my own for a few then if its creeping back I go again. I'm trying more exercise and SW healthy eating this time to get a bit trimmer by my grandsons wedding at the end of November. BUT I Must stop drinking wine and regard it as juts a glass of sugar!!

I am planning to go on Wednesday! Like you I was going to go last week but made an excuse (I had a busy day and only had 2 hours sleep the previous night so was too tired). Having posted this I now HAVE to go! Good luck to you.
