I am 67 and go to the gym 5 mornings a week and work hard coming home rather damp. It has become a bit boring and was looking for a new challenge and came across a 77 yr old lady called Ernestine Shepherd who is an amazing body builder and also have 2 gym friends suffering ovarian cancer, they are so brave and uncomplaining and I decided to try and raise some cash for ovarian cancer charity. The gym have fixed up an eating plan and workout to run for 12 weeks which will turn me into a "new" woman. Do you think I am totally mad or should I give it a go. Have to say do feel rather excited by the idea!

great that you keep so fit but could you not raise money for the charity in a less drastic way? Body building at 67 is a no no in my opinion .....
But for all the right reasons!
