Is it me or is anyone else having persistent trouble losing the same damn 5 lbs? I always seem to be saying/thinking: I need to lose a few pounds- but it's always the same ones. I am very good for a few days, manage to lose, say, 3 lbs and then go out for a meal/on holiday/to a celebration - and gain them all back (if not more). So, then it's back to losing the same ones all over again.
Even though it's only a few pounds, they can quickly become more if not brought under controlDo. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions about staying on track and REALLY getting to grips with that elusive weight loss?
