I also ate a chunk of cheese tonight [have been craving some for ages]. But it's still better than usual; what happens is I break my diet by eating something I shouldn't and then devour everything in sight for the next day or so.

and the weight I put on over the weekend has gone., so I'm back on track. I've even got a box of Celebration chocolates in the living room that I haven't been tempted to eat. This is the sort of thing that, if I start eating, I'll just carry on 'to get rid of them'. I did ask the S.O. to take them to his house, but he forgot, so I'm now using them as a means of testing my resolve.
