I ignore much of the advice and eat and drink what I want BUT in much smaller quantities than before. I choose not to eat sugary doughnuts but if I wanted one I would have it.
I make sure 5 or 6 days a week I go out for a 20 minute or more walk.
Doris I am similar to you in height and weight and think it is ridiculous that we are deemed over weight on the BMI scale. If I was 8 or 9 stone, I would look old and haggard. So stick with what suits you.
