Yes ~GN are doing a great job with keeping us all active too.

Don't forget that GN are posting a new exercise video each day at 10am. Yesterday's was a seated one, so they are for different abilities.

Emma has added another set of exercises for those who are interested. All of her exercises are great for people who don't have full mobility for whatever reason.
