I am another who weighs herself everyday, get go to the loo and on the scales. If I see it creeping up by a pound or two then I just cut back. I am neither anxious or depressed about my weight, if I put on say 3lbs then its easier to lose that then a stone. I do it for health reasons as I had sleep anorexia, lost weight and it went. So I do not want to go back to that and that bloody machine at night.
