Hi I have just found this thread and would love to join you all. I need to lose at least two stone, three would be better!! I have been a serial dieter most of my life even when I didn’t need to diet I would be on some plan or other which I think has probably ruined my metabolism.
I’m now 60 and over the last few years have plonked weight on. I find it a real struggle to lose weight. I have been alternating between using the Nutracheck app and a Keto diet. Ive also done SW with success in the past. If I stick to the Keto I have great success which tells me too many carbs are perhaps a problem for me, sticking to it isn’t always easy though, especially when I am out for coffees, lunches etc. My mum was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes at my age and I want to avoid that if at all possible by getting some weight off and upping my exercise.
I have an Easy Yo yoghurt maker too, I only ever do the plain Greek, it’s delicious, I don’t buy any other yoghurt now unless it’s for the grandchildren.
Anyway today is a new day so I will get started.
