What I love about the dogs wearing warm coats and/or jumpers is that their little bodies are all warm when they come in, and you take them off

Our dogs are no better than your cats Sparkly, and they have nice warm coats and jumpers to wear .

It's something to look forward too isn't it Babs, having friends to stay. Thanks to my lovely S who was here last week, I now know how to use my wm/dryer for drying only which has been a real bonus today and saved me going to the shed in the snow.
There's nothing soppy about us born and bred southerners, just ask Mr. S.
I'll tell him Babs; he'll be thrilled . He did enjoy the day, we both did and it's just great that we can and we do.

You've reminded me of when we were first married and I was on blood thinners due to a DVT DL. I nicked myself when shaving my legs and it just wouldn't stop. What was even more disconcerting was the blood was more like water, so thin and virtually colourless

When I saw our GP the following day (those were the days) he decided that the dosage was too high and needed to be drastically reduced.
I remember thinking, if I'd been involved in a car accident I'd probably have bled to death even before the ambulance managed to get there.
Yes, it’s great fun here with a little scratch. 😳😳 I walk around covered in plasters, but the nick is usually a tiny little spot lol

That must have been a real worry Yogin. It's horrible when you know someone's on their way home, you know what time to expect them, and they don't arrive. Even more worrying when they're on a motor bike.
November 16th, a big date for us both. Mr. S. was 71!!! and it's also the date of our youngest EGC's birthday; not easy for our ES to forget when they're celebrating their son's birthday that it's also his father's

I don't like the sound of that. You really should get that cut checked out, it shouldn't have bled profusely during the night. I'll be asking you later if it's OK; am I nagging, you bet I am .
Well now we know DL an apple and a fizzy drink; you learn something every day don't you. Got a mental image of someone sitting on a stool, fingers poised over the keys as the piano slid away .
Washing all my bedding as my hand wound bleed profusely during the night. It's scabbed over now, so I think I'll live.
