Estrangement just over a year

Hi, any other working grandparents out there dealing with family estrangement? It’s a really tough path to navigate, especially when you are not retired and are trying to balance work with the heartache of being cut off. Just looking to connect, share tips, and chat with others who truly understand the, what I can only describe as mental gymnastics!

I am posting to bump this, I cannot offer you any advice unfortunately.

I have a friend going through the same pain.

She has put some boundaries in to protect herself.

I hope you get some advice and support.

I have amazing friends 🧡 but it's hard as they are not living this.

I feel such sadness and hold onto hope.

I believe that the outsider influnce played a big part in this heartbreak.

Very hard at kne point holding myself together.

Workplace "wellbeing" is not what you think it should be.

More support is needed for working grandparents.
I just want to find other grandparents who work and navigate this.
