The tinned kind I hear its also highly prized as a gift in South Korea and they make something called American Stew with it that is highly popular... my OH loves the stuff and has it in his packed lunch sandwiches at least twice a week.. I can remember my Mum making me spam fritters when I was young but nowadays its far too salty and fatty for my taste.

How about you? have you? do you? would you own up if you did? any recipes you'd care to impart?
