DD is cooking dinner and panicking about the cheese

it is Emmentaler and we brought it back from France yesterday. It did get very hot whilst on the other side of the channel, and it felt soft when we got home. But Emmentaller is pasteurised, isn't it? It tastes strong and acidic but I think that is normal. It came from a market a few days ago.

To use or not to use?

Yes. You couldn't really take grandad to Pizza Hut for his birthday meal Gaga. smile

It was lovely iam, and only just over the fifty quid, with the drinks, for six of us. (They counted the nearly 14 year old as a child! grin) We got puddings from M and S as didn't fancy PH's puds.
