Has anybody got this recipe, please?

Many years ago I had a little Italian recipe book from (I think) Saintsbury's.

It had a recipe for Pesce Fiorentine (sp?) which although it made a mountain of washing up, was a good dish to prepare the day before, as then you only needed to bung it it the oven with some garlic bread, make a salad and bobs your uncle!

I have googled, but with no luck. No doubt I could "busk it", as I can remember most of the ingredients etc, but it would be good to have the original recipe!

The recipe you found, Stansgran, sounds delicious - I shall definitely be giving this a go one day next week.

There is a small, but important, error. If you read through the method, it tells you to make the sauce, and then to combine the fish, eggs and pasta and place in a dish, etc. etc. I'm guessing that should read "combine the fish, eggs and pasta with the sauce and place....".

It's not your error - I followed the link you provided and it was missing there smile
