I hate breakfast and have never eaten it. I dislike most of the breakfast options, fresh fruit, cereal, toast etc. If I do eat anything for breakfast it makes me feel hungry all day long and I end up eating far more than I would normally. It can also have the effect of making me feel sick as a dog. If I don't eat breakfast and just have a cup of coffee or tea, I can get by easily till 4 or 5pm on just drinks, and then perhaps a banana. Dinner at 7pm, and thats it for me. Always done me well, and I am only eight and a half stone and very active for my age which is 68.
