Corned beef recipes please.

I have recently had a clear-out of my food cupboard and found about half the items were out of date! I want to use up a can of corned beef, dated April 2017, and am looking for something different from the usual hash. I thought about cutting it into large fingers and doing a toad-in-the-hole, or even a pie, but any other suggestions would be welcome, healthier if possible.

My recipe.
Locate tin of Corned Beef - locate bin - introduce one to the other.

I hated this as a child and have never eaten it since - didn't know anyone was still eating it - all that yellow fat on it!!!

I always store tinned corned beef in the fridge as did mum, makes it so much easier to cut.

Teetime I trim all that off before slicing. Any meat fat makes me gag.

Corned beef is delicious, but I only like it in a sandwich with some salad.
