I used to love a good old bubble and squeak using leftovers but just recently I find it makes my innards bubble too much.

Is it just me?

Boxers are shameless!

Our little mongrel was always SO apologetic when he blew off. He'd put his tail between his legs (bit late that) and skulk out of the room then peer round the door waiting for us to give him permission to come back in.....ah! loved that little dog[star]

grin.
Their sense of smell is much better than ours.
Our Simon was an Airedale terrier. I was told that I learned to walk by pulling myself up on his neck fur.

I can "burp" after a drink of water, so there's no hope for me at all, and yes it does affect me at the other end too.......haha

I eat a sugar free, very low carb, high fat diet and since starting this way of eating the wind has all but disappeared. I have lost weight, feel more energetic and pains have almost gone. I can eat sprouts, cabbage etc with none of the side effects- OH is pleased!!!!!

My husband almost caused the plane to make an emergency landing. 6 hour flight with the most appalling wind was not good, he was ill and he made everyone else feel ill!,, never known anything so bad, ever!,,

I never used to fart when I was young, or if I did it was very rare and a cough could easily cover it. Now, if I eat Baked Beans I am jet propelled round the room for most of the next day!! blush

I’m in the anything does it band blush. Apparently I have a very slow digestive system which magnifies and multiplies wind incidents, oh well, at least there’s an excuse grin.

Perhaps reset your gut health by taking a pre or pro biotic. You can get good advice in Holland and Barrett but if you don’t fancy have that chat give Yakult a try. Good guts contribute to general well-being as well.

I already take probiotics but thanks for suggestion anyway ??

Flying is very wind making apparently. When DD was cabin crew it was common to say “I’m just off down the cabin for a fart”. So next time on a plane when you see an elegantly uniformed hostess going down the aisle....she is probably not there to check on your wellbeing?

I eat lots of vegetables and roasted/baked ones seem to be most effective at wind production. Luckily I now live alone and most are eaten at my evening meal. I do have my bedroom window open though. Mind you I had a treat today and am now producing asparagus wee as well!

I just had a really good laugh. This post was right above 'Old people smell' in the list!
