I've just cooked cheesy-breadcrumbed Basa, with sweet potatoes and oven-roasted Mediterranean vegetables. (It's a Gousto recipe I had ages ago) Gorgeous.

Mary Berry's Herby Chicken Casserole. Hope it's OK as I aim to freeze a portion.

We will have it with tiny roast potatoes (or boiled Jersey Royals) and green beans done in a lemony dressing (possibly)

It’s either steak pie or mince and potatoes tonight, my sister and I had a lovely Chinese last night. Think I’ll have a nice sausage or a rasher of bacon for breakfast today with a few mushrooms

A pasta thing with salmon (a tin of, drained and flaked) and broccoli. Partly cribbed from an M&S ready meal ages ago, but I add a little cheese and a splash of white wine to the white sauce. V tasty.

Leftover crab cakes, but not sure the add-ons.
Our neighbour gave us some fresh crab yesterday, already cooked and cleaned. DH did the work of shucking it, and I have a nice recipe for crab-cakes. Delish!
