I've just cooked cheesy-breadcrumbed Basa, with sweet potatoes and oven-roasted Mediterranean vegetables. (It's a Gousto recipe I had ages ago) Gorgeous.

Some delicious meals tonight 👍🏼. We’ve enjoyed home made pizza with prawns, chorizo, mushrooms , peppers and cheese tonight with a nice bottle of red. Followed by mixed red berries for dessert.

I’m running down fridge contents, since we’ll be away in the not too distant, so tonight it’s going to be my ‘signature dish’, aka what my mother used to call ‘dustbin’ soup. I have leeks, carrots, potatoes, onions, broccoli, white cabbage, celery and parsley. And will chuck in a handful each of pearl barley and red lentils, to bulk it out. Served with grated cheese.

That sounds good Witzend very tasty and filling.
It’s an M&S Crayfish & Mango salad for me as I’m in and out all day, it’s quick & easy & quite healthy.
