Apologies. Feels like a Monday .. Busy as a bumble bee today.

Chicken Rogan Josh, rice and naan bread

Teriyaki salmon, egg fried rice with salmon skin crumbled over the top. Get me!!!!

Dh is away and I just could not be bothered to cook just for myself, so I toddled off to the nearest shop and bought a Roast Beef Dinner. With roast potatoes, peas, carrots, and. Yorkshire pud. Now in the oven. 🙂

Going out to a Christmas lunch today with 31 other people.
It should be lovely. I'm quite excited.

Mary Berry's sausage supper tray bake thingy.

Today my twin daughters and I, went to get some odds and ends to finish gift wrapping, a few gifts for the 2 canine and gifts for the 3 gentlemen; my husband and their 2 husbands.

A Pasta prepared with fresh pork sausage ..

Seared ginger duck with sweet potato mash and broccoli.

The cheese and leek pumpkin dish that was shown on Jamie Oliver's Christmas Shortcuts show. I used the seeded end of a butternut squash for a single serving yesterday and today. I used fewer herbs and crumbed garlic bread, with walnuts, for the topping.

Today was Napoletano Pizza out with the 3 grandchildren, my twin daughters, my husband of course and I ..

A sandwich later, but Sunday roast (beef) earlier

Poussin, roast potatoes, carrots and cabbage.

Prawns with aioli followed by Duck Breasts with orange and gran marnier sauce, dauphinois potatoes, cavolo nero kale and baby broccoli, DH is cooking, I am slurping a rather nice chilled white wine.

One of DHs favourites. Pork chops with blue cheese sauce and broccoli.

A roast dinner with pork and crackling stuffing and apple sauce.

Lunch today, Monday is a Menú del Día as our twin daughters, 2 son in laws and their 3 children are out Christmas Shopping.

We shall go to The James Joyce Pub for their exceptional Menú del Día. I always have the Irish smoked salmon and my husband, the roast beef.
