I wasn't sure what they were from the original link, but I now realize, I make similar for our GC often. Flatten chicken, cut in strips, dip in egg, then flour, then milk, then crumbs, saute in butter. Accepted well.
We call them 'chicken dippers' - dip in all sort of concoctions.
Mine don't resemble the link, but matters not.
