This isn't just for my recipes but people have asked for them. I am disabled and love cooking and baking but have made recipes easy.

Anyone who has an easy recipe for anything please post. This is a site for everyone.

teabagwoman lovely to hear from you. I will try both suggestions. I have a vegan baking book.

My gluten free friend and her daughter came new years eve for lunch and made my brothers cheesecake but made gluten free shortbread for the base and crumbled it. I had brought gluten free biscuits but didn't like them very dry and tasteless. I made a vegetarian lasagne using gluten free sheets unless you knew they where gluten free you would never know. As I only have gluten free SR flour used it for the shortbread and to thicken the cheese sauce worked perfectly. But instead of my usual cheddar used grated mozzarella not buffalo and grated parmesan. I can use a grater any more so had to buy it ready done. Like my usual cheese sauce didn't use and spread as the cheese had enough fat in it. What was left of the cheese I froze and gave it to my daughter.

My friends took home the left over cheesecake and lasagne . Took temptation out of my way as they where both high in cals .

Looking forward to some of your recipes. And everyone else who would like to share .

Have a brilliant book recommended to me by NanKate on the pears thread. Ideal for anyone diabetic or counting calories.

Carb&Calorie Counter by Chris Cheyette and Yello Balolia supported by Diabetes UK..

Unfortunately until the paperclip appears can't post a picture of it. But inside it shows bowls and plates with different weights of food plus list of foods all with cal, carbs, protein, fat, salt and fibre. Even for eating out.
