Hi everyone......
I'm thrilled to join this awesome forum my name is Edward Guerra from Los Angeles and I'm a total foodie at heart. Whether it's trying out new recipes, exploring local eateries, or experimenting with ingredients in my own kitchen, I'm always on the lookout for exciting culinary adventures.

I wanted to kick off my forum journey by posing a question to all you seasoned members out there:

What's your absolute favorite go to comfort food?

We all have that one dish that never fails to lift our spirits or transport us back to a cherished memory. It could be a hearty bowl of soup, a decadent dessert, or even a snack that holds a special place in your heart. I'd love to hear about your comfort food choices and the stories behind them!

Feel free to share recipes, recommendations, or just your fond memories associated with your favorite comfort food. I can't wait to learn from the seasoned foodies in this community and hopefully, make some new friends along the way.

Looking forward to the delicious discussions ahead....

Comfort food? It was simply jacket potato done in the oven (not microwave) with lashings of butter. I loved coming home from school to that oozing smell.
