I had an air fryer bought for me for Christmas are there any recommendations for a book that gives the basics and every day recipes please. Any tried and tested recipes would also be appreciated

I love mine, with that, microwave and slow cooker I don’t use my oven. I think chicken is lovely and moist cooked in the air fryer, but I ruined one by putting it in a roasting bag which I didn’t seal properly, a bad decision it was only a month old and it set on fire after the toasting bag stuck to the element. .

Last night (Wednesday) and tonight on Channel 5 there have been 2 programmes about cooking in an air fryer. Both very interesting, showing you how to cook in them. There is another on next Thursday.

My problem is getting stuff out of the trays without everything breaking up. Any tips?
