Uncooked Mince Pies!

I love Morrisons freshly baked mince pies from the in store bakery however more often than not the pastry just isn’t cooked on the bottom. I have complained for several years when they’re not cooked properly and they always say my feedback is valuable to them and promise to feed back to the bakery to improve in future. Today I purchased 6, obviously to check the quality in readiness for the festive season and Lo and behold the bottoms are that horrible doughy not cooked state again. Not a good start so I’m abandoning Morrisons and looking for recommendations for a good bakery fresh mince pie as due to Disability I am unable to make my own. Huge thanks Gransnetters.

It might be the moisture from the mincemeat , making the pastry soggy,is the rest of the pastry ok?

exactly the same at sainsburys last year..... the 4 pack shortcrust ones that I love weren't cooked properly underneath.. i pointed it out and from then on they were cooked too much. couldn't find the happy medium setting.
