New slogan from Waitrose apparently .
I came back from the supermarket this morning to find my two orchids, an Aloe Vera and my Swiss Cheese Plant hiding under the bed. hmm

Stress can also lead to the over-consumption of highly palatable foods that are not good for the gut e.g highly processed sugary foods and alcohol.

This thread has given me an urge for chocolate.

Chocolate is from a bean, vanilla is a plant and hazelnuts are plants.

Allira it’s only 2 but perhaps you added onion and pepper? Up to 4 again.
If you also had a small handful of mixed nuts that could add another 5 or so. Did you have a bread roll with it , if so then wheat is another 1 .

😀

Oh yes, pepper, no onion though. And no bread.

Just wine and chocolate this evening, got to eat up the Christmas leftovers.

I was doing fine on the 30 plants a week, and then I discovered that this veg, this fruit or this spice is not compatible with my medication.
Guilt and failure are some of the major causes of depression. 🤷‍♀️

But it has to be plain chocolate smile

Busy in the kitchen today. I have just eaten and it occurred to me that I have clocked up quite a few plants in one meal. I had tsatsiki, vegan tuna mayo and a beetroot burger ( all home made) and there were seventeen different plant based foods contained within. More importantly, it was delicious.

I was having a good clear out today and, amongst a shelf of cookery books, I found an article by Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall which I'd pulled out from a magazine ages ago.

Eat 30 plants per week - so it's nothing new, Waitrose!
