Having been an aficionado of Blue Mountain for many years, the price has rocketed, hence looking for a substitute, use filter machine, do you know something good?

Littles Coffee. I use their Colombian Premium Instant. Won't use anything else now.
They were on Dragons Den last night too and did well!

I like a really strong full flavoured coffee so I always buy either Aldi or Lidl french blend ground coffee and use plenty in my cafetiere.

I saw Dragons Den and thought I’d give Littles coffee a go.
At present, Lavazza decaf for me any day. I buy the ready ground from Amazon, 8 packets, definitely cheaper than supermarkets up till now.

I drink tea. Nuff said.

This doesn't help you, sorry, I'm just responding for the heck of it. I'm a coffee pleb, I guess - I prefer Sainsbury's decaffeinated instant coffee with 2 heaped teaspoons of Coffee Mate stirred in it (anti-clockwise, please). I could drink it all day, hot or cold. Fresh ground coffee always tastes burnt and nasty to my uneducated palate - I'd rather drink floor-sweepings tea!

I love Littles but haven't tried any of the flavoured ones. Its the Colombian Premium Instant for me every time.

I have freshly roasted beans delivered every two weeks from Pebble and Pine coffee roasters. I highly recommend them and have been a customer for a few years. I also buy Lavazza Oro 100% Arabica beans and sometimes mix the two together. I have a Krups ceramic blade coffee bean grinder, that is excellent too. I use a French press and yes I confess to being a bit of a coffee snob.wink

We LOVE coffee and we have a 'plan' with Pact coffee www.pactcoffee.com By subscribing, we get a better price (£7.95 per 250g bag) and can chose between ground, beans and pods. We can chose the delivery frequency and can change it at any time, also 'hurry up' or 'delay' a delivery as our needs alter. It is quite frankly, the best tasting coffee we've ever had. And they buy the complete crop from small coffee growers all over the world, thus ensuring the growers get a better price than even Fair Trade. If you wanted to give them a try, you can message me for a discount code. Happy supping!
